Enseñar Sociología de la Educación. Una experiencia de formación a distancia en el nivel superior universitario.
Abstract
The objective of this work is to describe the experience of developing a distance education proposal for the teaching of sociological knowledge and its implementation, starting in 2021, at the University of Flores.The process represented an enormous challenge for teachers: the incorporation of methodological tools consistent with the distance modality and the adaptation of contents and strategies to a virtual environment, at the same time it meant important changes in the teaching role and function. substantially modifying the modes of relationship. The result reached was that pedagogical interaction in an asynchronous teaching environment provides students with a connection and accessibility to different learning proposals on a permanent basis and depending on their training needs, their times and their spaces, which It contributes to promoting the development of autonomy in learning and the construction of knowledge, thus overcoming some of the characteristic barriers of traditional face-to-face education.
