Abstract
The different multimedia teaching materials have become increasingly important in higher education, especially for students with disabilities, since the new technologies used in the field of inclusion of these people have opened up countless possibilities to improve their quality of life. Therefore, we have observed the need to generate an educational platform that allows content teachers from different areas of higher education, to entrust the production of teaching materials to multimedia developers who interpret the needs of educational content and follow the creative process under the guidance of specialized personnel from the area of pedagogical - didactic advisory. The research presented here aims to design an educational platform that allows the administration of these processes, serving as a link between educators and multimedia developers, creating a communication base, with a bank of digital content available to university students, paying attention to those with motor, auditory and visual functional diversity. We describe here the Educational Tool of Classroom Resources (H.E.R.A.), as an internet platform, accessible by teachers of higher education institutions, for the development of educational materials, adapted to include students with functional diversity.
