Abstract

The Market has to deal with more demanding customers and regulatory policies. The non- market environment become is more important for business. The managers must dedicate time to understand the non- market environment.

This research seeks to know and to understand the relationship between the Market and the Politics related to the non-market strategies of companies in Argentina. The hypothesis of this work argues that the companies in Argentina do not understand how to approach the political decisions of the State with hybrid political regimes in matters that are incumbent upon them.

Companies focus on market logic without understanding the logic of "non-market" environments that we will call Complex State-Actors / Social Consumers. It is assumed that there are concepts and tools of the social sciences, such as governance and non-market governance, that allow to understand this situation to improve the profitability of the business in political systems with hybrid regime like Argentina.
