Abstract
In this article we will address some exhibitions in which the artistic-activist group Mujeres Públicas (Public Women) participated in museum institutions - understanding them as feminist interventions- in order to problematize the existing relationship between curatorship and activism. Starting from the concept of critical political art enunciated by Nelly Richard and that of curatorial activism enunciated by Maura Reilly, we will address these actions that invite us to think about the political in art as a possibility of denaturalizing meaning (Richard, 2007) and foster critical reflection by the viewers.
