Abstract
Between 2014 and 2017, Archivo IIAC of Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero has catalogued and digitized part of the photographic and documentary material of the photographer Annemarie Heinrich (Darmstadt, 1912-Buenos Aires, 2005). This collection includes portraits, still lifes, landscapes of Buenos Aires, and extends from the 1930s to 1990s. It is a collection of negatives of different sizes (6 x 6 cm, 9 x 12 cm 10 x 15 cm, and 13 x 18 cm) in acetate, nitrate and glass. This material is online in the digital catalog of Archivo IIAC and is available to researchers as well as the general public. It is part of a program that aims to promote the creation of archives of intellectuals, artists and cultural animators. The aim of this text is to discuss the process of cataloguing this material.
