Abstract

The scientific knowledge is articulated through controversies, which acquire the format of plausible hypotheses to be addressed in the counters of the laboratories. For this, the researcher makes use of a quantifying language, mathematizing the sense of the observed. But not all scientific controversies about the natural world pursue a mathematizing goal. These are then approached from different languages and logic of thought, but they do not cease to belong to the scientific field. In these actions, science hybridizes, acquires new forms, showing itself to be potentially polysemous with senses and poetics. The present work is based on the experience of the exhibition Zoología Fantástica at the Centro de Arte y Naturaleza de Muntref, sede ecoparque, where biological problems were raised to the public not specialized in visual key with the logic of contemporary art.
