Abstract
The article analyzes the retrospective Liliana Maresca: el ojo avizor. Works 1982-1994, curated by Javier Villa, at the Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art (MAMBA) between August and November 2017. From some of the works featured in the exhibition, we reflect on the actions and work of the Argentine artist. They can be reflected upon from feminist and sexual disobedience readings, in particular the work on one’s own body, eroticism and sexuality that Maresca carries out in her last performances.
