Abstract
This article is a chapter of the qualitative study ́Post Covid Life, what is happening during the pandemic
while we all talk about the pandemic? ́
On March 2020 the world went exorbitant and began to go the other way. Suddenly, and without warning,
we went from inhabiting a known planet to a rarefied planet, and expressions such as ́in this time ́, ́when
all this happens ́, realized that life went off the axis.
The intrusion of Covid 19 pierced certainties and established knowledge that ordered our lives and that in
some way, had been sustaining humanity. A feeling of frustration was put in the center of the scene as the
imaginary veil that we called reality fell and for moments we thought we were living in a fiction.
The analysis that we present below arises from what was expressed by people invited to participate in focus
groups in April 2021 and, although at present the epidemiological situation changed and with it, the
measures to face it, we believe that the consequences of having gone through that experience of isolation
and social restrictions generated deep and lasting transformations at the psychosocial level that it is
important to make visible and attend.
