Abstract
This article proposes a comparative analysis focused on the dimensions of the existing safety culture and those proposed by different current systems, allowing us to highlight the most relevant aspects of each of them in our opinion and in terms of scope, considering the most positive and less positive of each.
Next, we will present the basic guidelines for the development of a proposal in accordance with the Argentine railway field, establishing the bases for change management as the beginning of a cultural evolution in terms of operational safety. We will conclude with some brief conclusions, outlining a short and medium-term perspective to consolidate its future applicability.
