Abstract
This paper is a case study of an Argentinean engineering company called Cuben S.A., which has interesting characteristics that differentiate it from others in its field. The methodology used for its elaboration was based on interviews to key actors and documentary review to analyze the evolution of the organization from its foundation to the present, where several changes in the business model took place. Key milestones were identified that marked its growth and development. The objective was to understand how Cuben S.A. managed to position itself as a reference in innovative solutions, exploring its business strategies and adaptation to market changes. Likewise, the internal and external factors that have influenced the company's success were identified, analyzing both the macroeconomic environment and the managerial and operational decisions that allowed Cuben S.A. to remain competitive in the Argentine market.
