Abstract
This research report is an original space of inquiry since it does not have a background on the pedagogical processes in the Bachelor of Business Administration. Four variables of the context involved in the problems were organized: 1 The socio-family context; 2 The socio-cultural context; 3 The pedagogical context and 4 The socio-political context.
The student subject, who has been investigated in this research, belongs to a socio-family context where most of them are the first generation of university students. The sociocultural context that frames the period studied is characterized by the creation and location of new public universities as well as a growth in employment and productive sectors, the incorporation of a large number of students who, until a very few years ago, only saw their socio-labor insertion, crossing the borders of our country.
From these new realities, the content curriculum in career training remained almost unchanged since long before the 2001 crisis, being part of a model that aimed at the professional training of managers of large companies. That is why today it is necessary to reformulate the curricular contents of the new professional layers in administration.
