Abstract
After 20 years dedicated to the consulting of Occupational Ergonomics in large companies, I outline a model under the name “Holos Model”, whose objective will be to provide organizations with a new worldview or Ergonomics, Occupational safety and Health, in the permanent search of the perfomance of the productive system and the welfare of the workers.
