Abstract
Nowadays the concepts of "excellence" and "optimization of resources" in the profit and non-profit organizations are constantly changing. A true paradigm shift is raising the need to change the management models of organizations. The management model called “Management” or “Management through values” focused on the organizational values of any organization is designed as a tool for the survey of the materialization or institutionalization of values as a social construction. Based on previous elaborations of our research group, a qualitative instrument in a semi-structured interview script format was designed. A test case was conducted and modifications to the original script were introduced to be reproduced in a different test case management/administration. The main results of the process and the script proposal are presented here.
