Escenario y discordias institucionales: la Universidad Nacional del Litoral durante el gobierno militar (1943-1946)

Abstract

El período de 1943 a 1946 en Argentina fue marcado por gobiernos militares que generaron profundos cambios en las instituciones del país. El 28 de julio de 1943, el General Ramírez nombró al Profesor Genta como Rector-Interventor de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Esta decisión se tomó en un contexto de oposición y conflicto que profundizó la división entre la Argentina Católica y la Argentina Liberal y laica, representadas en modelos universitarios opuestos. A pesar de estas tensiones, la Universidad Nacional del Litoral en Santa Fe se consolidó defendiendo los valores liberales y laicos. La presente investigación adopta un enfoque socio histórico, analizando las discordias y conflictos institucionales en la Universidad Nacional del Litoral durante los gobiernos militares (1943-1946), tomando como estudio de caso la intervención de Genta y su impacto en el modelo de gobierno, institucional y académico. Para tal fin, se emplean técnicas cualitativas para la recopilación de datos, como análisis documental y entrevistas en profundidad. Este estudio busca aportar una comprensión más profunda de las dinámicas institucionales y los desafíos enfrentados por las universidades en períodos de cambio político.

Political scientist from the UCA specialising in Political Processes. PhD in Politics and Management of Higher Education from the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero. Master in Social Doctrine of the Church from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and Expert in Theology of the People and in Contributions to Postliberal Theology: A New Beginning from the Institute of Philosophy Edith Stein and the Pontifical University of Salamanca. University professor (teaching career) at the Catholic University of La Plata (UCALP). Diploma in Argentine Culture from the Austral University and in Pedagogical Mediation, Foundations of the DSI and Transformation of the Latin American reality from CEBITEPAL-CELAM. He has worked as an undergraduate university professor (Theology, Philosophy, Philosophy and Health Sciences, Ethics) and postgraduate professor (Philosophical-Theological Seminar) at the Vice-Rectorate of Formation of the Universidad del Salvador. He has also worked as Professor of Classical Political Thought and Social and Political Philosophy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Universidad del Salvador, Pilar. He is currently an external researcher at the Centro de Altos Estudios/Universidad Abierta Interamericana. Adjunct Professor of the Doctoral Seminar. The evolution of the University Higher Education system in Argentina and the current challenges in the Doctorate in Higher Education / UAI/Austral/UNRN. His area of research revolves around the relationship between "Catholicism, the Catholic Church and Peronism in the field of higher education in Argentina". He has been a lecturer at several international conferences and has published several research papers in book, articles and reviews in different national and international journals.
