Abstract
The general objective that we pursue through this article is to characterize the territoriality acquired by Argentina Trabaja - Social Income Program with Work in the local management spaces denominated Obradores in the district of La Matanza (2009-2016) located in the province of Buenos Aires This program has a high territorial component, so a look at the local level allows to capture differences in the implementation of the program and to recover the notion of centrality of the territory as a space for the implementation of social programs.
To address the stated objective, we work in the Obradores understood as the local management spaces and strategic places of transformation of the programs. It was a qualitative research in which the corpus of analysis was formed by Resolution 3182/09 that gave rise to it, the document “National Distributor Program of Social Income with Work” prepared by the >MDSN, the transcripts of the field notes and the transcription of the semi-structured interviews.
