Estrategias de incidencia de la red de profesionales de la salud en el acceso al aborto legal en el municipio cordobés

Abstract

The Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy Law (IVE) -27610/20-, is approved within the framework of the Covid 19 pandemic, a complex and exceptional health emergency context in which the priority of the system was focused on the control of the circulation of the virus and disease care. The results of a qualitative research in relation to the rights and access of subjects to sexual and (non) reproductive health policies, in APS in the City of Córdoba, Argentina, in the period 2018-2023, show that in In the province of Córdoba, sexual rights were not a priority of the health system, in any jurisdiction or level of care, so it is interesting to share the advocacy strategies of professionals who work in the first level of health care (PHC) in the municipality of the city of Córdoba, during the years 2020 and 2021 to promote/guarantee access to the IVE for pregnant women and people, recovering their knowledge and practices that are linked or identified with the theoretical-political contributions of feminisms.
