Abstract

The article seeks to contribute to the analysis of the accountability of companies during State terrorism in Argentina based on an investigation carried out on the case of Ingenio Ledesma. The main objective of its development is to characterize the local genocidal process by mainstreaming the analysis of business accountability for serious human rights violations based on the study of trials for crimes against humanity happened in the province of Jujuy to date. The starting points were the theoretical development on genocide carried out by Daniel Feierstein, understanding it as a process in which it is possible to identify different moments and the theoretical proposal of Leigh Payne and Gabriel Pereira who develop four categories to analyze the business accountability in the justice processes.
