Abstract
This article analyzes the implementation of the supported housing program in the period 2019-2021, addressing the question of what have been the results in retaining housing and improving people's quality of life? The methodology considered the review of secondary information and semi-structured interviews with program participants. The results show, on the one hand, how the intervention process proposed by the supported housing program has been organized and carried out, accounting for its main characteristics and how they have also affected the results obtained; on the other hand, it shows the main results achieved, also making an approximation of how the people themselves evaluate the program and their participation in it. The main conclusion establishes that the majority of people who enter the program maintain their homes and improve their living conditions, however, there are gaps in the design that make it difficult to sustain these results over time.
