Abstract
The children and adolescents inhabiting the urban street territory configures a social problem whose relevance in the public agenda shows different priority levels according to the historical moment. From a perspective that recovers socio-structural, legal-institutional and psychosocial aspects of the phenomenon, this article seeks to reflect about the construction of the street situation in Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area, the delimitation of life experiences and the challenges for the intervention of rights restitution from children and adolescents in street situations.
