Globalización y cambio en el sur de la ciudad de Buenos Aires

Abstract

This article discusses the link between globalization, territory and city, focusing the analysis on one aspect of that process which begins to emerge with some force in the city of Buenos Aires from the late 90s to the present. This is the process of gentrification developed in different neighborhoods in recent years. The emphasis is on the process of gentrification that takes place in the south of the city.
