La Teaching at university. Tensions, problems and vacancies in universities in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
Abstract
The research discussed in this article aims to situate university pedagogy in the institutions of the Buenos Aires metropolitan area and to identify specific actions within the framework of an institutional policy, as well as to note the strategies aimed at the pedagogical and didactic training of their teachers.
The progress made so far by the research team of the Universidad Provincial de Ezeiza that is carrying out the study will be presented. This research is approached both from a social historical perspective that aims to understand the meaning of the context of production of the policies, institutional practices and devices produced, and from an interpretative approach that tends to understand the perspectives of the different agents that manage the universities in order to recognise the processes of the institutional fabric identified at the different levels of production.
